Historical:
CALISO was originally created in 1996 to help organizations and companies comply with quality, environmental, and safety STANDARDS and REGULATIONS. Our training services are always provided with a genuine intent to maintain simplicity and achieve improved operational effectiveness and profitability, while putting a strong emphasis on the human and psychological aspect. We offer training for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100, GMP, GLP and HACCP.
In 1999, in collaboration with TUV Essen of Germany, we created the most effective web-based training program for the various standards and regulations.
This web-based training was mainly developed as an affordable alternative for general standards and regulations training to class training.
CALISO web-based courses are very easy to register to and take. With a few clicks you can register an individual or a group of trainees, and start taking the courses at any time that is convenient for you, with 1-year limit on completion of the course.
As a result, we have trained ten-thousands of employees worldwide with these online courses. In 2018, the CALISO platform was acquired by SAE International. As a result, the CALISO courses will have more international recognition and their catalog will be developed significantly.
SAE International is a global association committed to being the ultimate knowledge source for the engineering profession. By uniting over 127,000 engineers and technical experts, SAE drives knowledge and expertise across a broad spectrum of industries, and acts on two priorities: encouraging a lifetime of learning for mobility engineering professionals and setting the standards for industry engineering.
"CALISO courses are well-respected throughout all of industry. This acquisition enables SAE to expand our e-Learning program. This collection also allows us to broaden our offerings to the aerospace supplier quality industry, to which we have been successfully delivering the Delegated Product Release Verification training worldwide," J. Kevin Perry, Ed.D., Director of Professional Development for SAE International, said.
